The CompuFill Brake Fill systems offer a premium fill process with full data acquisition and process control options. The system fills a specified level of fluid into various types/sizes brake or clutch systems. The system evacuates to a preset level, performs a vacuum check, and then fills the brake or clutch system to the desired pressure. System control and process configuration are handled by a PLC linked to an operator interface. The operator interface panel allows for easy operation letting the operator set cycle sequence, fill volumes, and other presets. These systems can be configured as stop stations, mobile stations, or track-mounted with VFD motors.
