Fluid Dispensing Solutions​

Since 1946, PCU Automation has been built upon providing innovative automated fluid dispensing solutions for a variety of industries. It is the backbone of the company and the main reason for its long-standing success. It provided the opportunity to build the sound infrastructure seen throughout the company today. With these resources PCU grew to become one of the market leaders in the fluid dispensing industry and continues to innovate through our product offering.

Automation​

PCU has over 150 years of automation experience embedded at all levels of our operational structure. We can leverage the decades of success in the automated fluid dispensing side of PCU to capitalize and flourish on the general automation applications that continue to become a key part of our business model. We continue to invest in experts in processes such as pressing, nut-running, tray handling, parts feeding, part assembly and part testing using a variety of proven solutions including robot cells, dial indexers, lean cells, semi-automatic standalone stations, and conveyor based systems.

Tooling & Fill Adapters​

With our in-house design and machining capabilities, we can take our customers Tooling & Adaptor needs through the process of creation from start to finish. PCU partners with our clients to produce custom designed tools and has the ability internally to rapid prototype ideas so they may be implemented quickly. We’ve have worked to put PCU in a position so that we are seen as an extension of our customers.
