The CompuFill Brake Fill systems offer a premium fill process with full data acquisition and process control options. The system fills a specified level of fluid into various types/sizes brake or clutch systems. The system evacuates to a preset level, performs a vacuum check, and then fills the brake or clutch system to the desired pressure. System control and process configuration are handled by a PLC linked to an operator interface. The operator interface panel allows for easy operation letting the operator set cycle sequence, fill volumes, and other presets. These systems can be configured as stop stations, mobile stations, or track-mounted with VFD motors. All CompuFill systems allow for a custom footprint and the option to add performance improvements at a later date. The CompuFill brand is comprised of the highest quality components and is considered the industry standard for speed, accuracy, and reliability.

The Air Suspension Fill System consists of a Base Unit, a free-standing PanelView Operator Interface Terminal (OIT), and a Console that provides a convenient means for the operator to control system air flow to the fill tool. The machine is designed to pressurize a vehicle suspension system with compressed air and then monitor the system for pressure decay.

The system Base Unit is located above the assembly line and supplies the input / output (I/O) power and regulated air to the Console and Fill Tool. The Base Unit consists of an electrical enclosure and a mechanical plumbing panel. The electrical enclosure contains the fill system transformers, power supplies, fuses, circuit breakers, and a programmable logic controller (PLC). The mechanical plumbing panel contains an air filter, air dryer, air regulators, pressure switches, solenoids, booster pumps, two holding tanks, and a compressor.

The system festoon is attached to a rail over the vehicle assembly line (using trollies) and provides sufficient travel for the Fill Tool to fill a vehicle as it moves down the assembly line. Suspended from the festoon are the Fill Tool, an eight-way connector, and the operator pendant including Start / Stop pushbuttons.

The system is connected to multiple helium proof test or burst test stands. The helium from these stands enters the salvage tank of the recovery system. The helium is processed through oil separators and moisture filters for oil and moisture removal. The recovery system boosts the helium pressure to the required test pressure at the proof test or burst test stands. The recovery system can provide and maintain 100% helium concentration or a concentration less than 100%.

The PCU Industrial Gas Recovery & Purification System is designed for unattended plant-wide operation and provides an efficient means to reuse industrial gases. The system is custom engineered to exact plant requirements for each application.

- The typical flow rate range is from 1 scfm to 20 scfm (with higher flow rates available).
- Typical test pressure is 200 psig (up to 3500 psig).

The industrial gas supply can be connected to either one or multiple locations. Gases are routed through strainers, filters, and dryers resulting in the rapid removal of particulates and moisture. Additionally, the Industrial Gas Recovery & Purification System can be configured to monitor gas mix concentration (resulting in concentrations from 10 to 100%).

PCU's Refrigerant Recycling Systems are designed to remove refrigerant safely, efficiently, and economically. Systems are adaptable to work in separate work areas or plant-wide. Once the refrigerant has been reprocessed by separating oil, moisture, and air the refrigerant may be reused. Systems operate automatically without an operator present. The recovery of recycled refrigerant helps control inventory costs. The system utilizes proven components in both standard and custom packages. Operator interface panels provide ease of use for selection criteria. Data storage and retrieval are available for verification of data and troubleshooting equipment on-site or remotely.

The fluid analyzer is used to analyze the boiling point of brake fluid or radiator fluid. The analyzer used the reflux boiling point to measure boiling point temperature. The boiling point has a direct correlation to the amount of moisture in brake fluid and the percent glycol in the radiator fluid. The unit is a self-cleansing, reproducible sample introduction, and is simple to operate. The Analyzer is controlled by a PC, has an alphanumeric display, keypad, and dot-matrix printer.
