										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>PCU’s helium recovery systems are designed for plant wide use, each recovery system is engineered for specific plant capacity requirements. The system is connected to multiple helium proof test or burst test stands. The helium from these stands enters the salvage tank of the recovery system. The helium is processed through oil separators and moisture filters for oil and moisture removal. The recovery system boosts the helium pressure to the required test pressure at the proof test or burst test stands. The recovery system can provide and maintain 100% helium concentration or a concentration less than 100%.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>The fluid analyzer is used to analyze the boiling point of brake fluid or radiator fluid. The analyzer used the reflux boiling point to measure boiling point temperature. The boiling point has a direct correlation to the amount of moisture in brake fluid and the percent glycol in the radiator fluid. The unit is a self-cleansing, reproducible sample introduction, and is simple to operate. The Analyzer is controlled by a PC, has an alphanumeric display, keypad, and dot-matrix printer.</p>

With the hand valve closed, the cart simulates a closed (leak-free) vehicle A/C system. With the hand valve open, the cart simulates a vehicle A/C system with a leak. To use the cart, connect the tools to appropriate fittings and either open or close the hand valve to simulate the desired state. The cart is equipped with a safety pressure relief valve, which will relieve pressure above 500 psig.</p>

PCU provides certification services to customers for their equipment and our vendor supplied components. If certification of equipment or components is needed, please contact PCU at our Dayton, Ohio office and arrangements can be made to meet your needs.</p>
<p>The PCU A/C Calibration &amp; Verification test kit can be upgraded to a certified test kit at the customer’s request, for an additional fee. In addition, a separate certified kit can be purchased. In either case, certification of the test kit can be maintained through a service agreement with PCU.</p>
