The CompuFill Radiator system offers a premium radiator fill process with full Data Acquisition and Process Control option. The machine utilizes proven components and delivers outstanding accuracy and dependability with proven technology standards. These low operating cost systems are engineered to fill radiators and overfill bottles with mix or premix supply, pressure or volume fill, and equipped with vacuum pumps as well as auto purging traps, individual scavenge lines, and custom, anti-drip tooling that can be designed to accommodate various sizes of radiator fill necks. System control and process configurations is handled by a PLC linked to an operator interface. The operator interface panel allows for ease of operation, letting the operator set vacuum level presets, cycle times, mix concentrations and fill volumes. These systems can be configured as stop stations, mobile stations, or track mounted with VFD motors. All PCU CompuFill systems allow for a custom footprint and the option to add performance improvements at a later date.
